Tonda Smart Hub provides digital skills training, mentorship, innovation support, startup incubation, technology services, workshops, and community programs.

Participant Conduct

Applications & Registration

Information submitted through registration forms must be accurate and complete.

Acceptance into programs is subject to eligibility criteria, available capacity, and review processes.

Intellectual Property

Training materials, branding, logos, website content, and resources provided by Tonda Smart Hub remain the property of Tonda Smart Hub unless otherwise stated.

Participants retain ownership of their original work but grant Tonda Smart Hub a license to use it for promotional and educational purposes.

Tonda Smart Hub respects intellectual property rights and expects participants to do the same.

Limitation of Liability

Tonda Smart Hub makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and quality services but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to programs, facilities, or digital platforms.

Tonda Smart Hub is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in programs, use of services, or reliance on information provided.

Participants are responsible for their actions and any consequences that may arise from their participation.

Termination

Tonda Smart Hub reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to programs, services, or facilities for individuals who violate these Terms of Service or engage in misconduct.

Termination may result in loss of access to resources, exclusion from future programs, and potential legal action if necessary.
